The DUTCH AFRICAN ENTERPRISE FAIR is convinced that Africa has a positive and bright future, where new business initiatives, a new proud and confident creative entrepreneural younger generation with global skills and vision have emerged and strongly believe that they will make the difference, will create a better future, good economy, better quality of life and leadership in Africa. The Fair is not a charity. We organize the FAIR as an example of a new commercial approach to international development cooperation, in which successful enterprises and joint business ventures will contribute to economic development and to fight poverty with profit in African countries.

    The Dutch African Enterprise FAIR is organised to promote business opportunities in Africa, and as a business-to-business investment, matchmaking, networking event between Dutch and African Enterprises and African Diaspora Enterprises in the Netherlands. All companies are adviced to take only samples of their products to promote their business.

As a business-to-business investment, matchmaking and networking event, the FAIR will help to build positive business relations;
To stimulate investment and trade in Africa
To facilitate information to new business starters about Africa – Africa business and trade, and Africa – Netherlands/EU trade and investment
To facilitate consultation and access to business knowledge and information, access to business opportunities, funding incentives within FMO, EZ, EVD, PSOM, etc.
To stimulate commercial approaches to international development cooperation in Africa, with businesses that help to fight poverty with profit, and as well as contribute to achieving Millennium Goals (MDGS) in African countries.

Result
The business events at the FAIR – matchmaking, speed-dating, experts advice on business plans, networking, discussion forums, business stands, reception, will facilitate to achieve actual business joint ventures. The joint ventures will be followed up and evaluated
