“QUICK SCAN OF YOUR BUSINESS PLAN ”

The FAIR has designed and will offer a special business event it calls “Quick Scan Of Your Business Plan”. Experts will be invited from Dutch banks, trade and investment organisations, FMO, EVD, MVO Netherlands, African and international finance and business organisations

All Quick Scan meetings will take place in special locations to be designated at the FAIR. All meeting points will be located in this area. FAIR facilitating staff will be on hand throughout to provide any assistance you require. The meetings will take place twice at the FAIR, in day one and two respectively. More meetings will be organised if required

The Quick Scan of Your Business Plan is an informal event at which businesses and especially business “starters” will be offered business advice by business and financial experts. African businesspersons will receive advice about trade and export opportunities to the Netherlands. And Netherlands businesspersons will receive advice about investment, trade and business joint ventures in African countries. The advice will help especially Dutch, African business “starters”, and as well as African Diaspora enterprises in the Netherlands to learn how to start and develop business and invest successfully in African countries and Netherlands.

The business advice offered would cover business issues in Netherlands and African countries such as – good business plan writing, subsidies, and loans, banking, customs tariffs and regulations, business legal issues, tendering regulations, issues in business and everyday human relations in Netherlands and different African countries (culture, religion, traditions, etc.). The names, expertise of advisers at the Quick Business Plan meetings will be provided prior to the meeting (in FAIR website and FAIR event programme)

The Quick Scan meetings will focus to business to sectors as - Agro-business, Investment & Trade, Textiles, Transport & Infrastructures, Tourism, Micro-Credits & Financing, Social Corporate Responsibility (CSR), ICT & Telecommunication, Energy-Water-Sanitation, Carbon Credits (CDM), Branding, Education and Knowledge, Maintenance

How to Register

All persons who take Stands will also take part in the Speed-Dating and Quick Business Plan Scan meetings if they want. But if you intend to register either only for Speed-Dating and Quick Business Plan Scan meetings in day one or two or for both, please fill in the form below.

FMO and EZ/EVD/PSOM/PESP Expert will offer advice in the session on how best you can access and benefit from their investement, trade, business tools, and develop your business plan for EZ/EVD/PSOM/PESP. If you want to participate in the session,
